Cussing

This is going to be a very short post. I like to visit the websites LiveLeak, YouTube and
MentalZero. Many of the videos presented are from other countries. When people in these
countries feel they have to cuss it's done in English. Like *other*ucker, *uck and many
others. So not only is the United States good at almost everything we are GREAT at cussing.

To All Federal, State and Local Governments

First off, I want to state that in no way should this post be considered as threats against the
Federal, State and Local Governments (hereafter refered to as you or your/s). I am only
posting what I see coming in the future (<=5 years) if your Tyrannical ways do not change.

The Free People WILL rise up against you. The Free People WILL take up arms against
you and they WILL kill you. Have you forgotten the Revolutionary War? They were
shooting musket balls not cotton balls.

From what I've seen on the interNet, the People are already starting to rise against you by
taking videos of police brutality. The People are starting to keep an eye on you and you
don't like it. So you try to make laws to stop them, but you won't stop them. You will
only heighten the Peoples resolve. The People WILL NOT live under the heel of a
Hobnail boot.

You think MIGHT MAKES RIGHT and that you can control People by taking away
the Constitution and Bill of Rights. HOW WRONG YOU ARE. The People have
lived Free to long to let you do that.

Should a Rebellion break out, I think you find that the few hundreds of thousands of you
are going to be be up against a few million of Free People. And, these Free People WILL
be armed just as well as you with one exception, the Free People will be fighting Guerrilla
Style.  I have yet to find a country that has been able to overcome Guerrilla warfare.

Japan, France and the USA all got their asses kick in Vietnam by Guerrilla warfare.  A
rebellion here would be no different. YOU CANNOT WIN. You WILL only cause a lot
of needless death and destruction  out of Bull Headedness.

I could go on and on but I'm a 2 fingered typist and they are getting sore. Maybe I'll add
more later. I just hope this might make you think a little bit.

Ignorance Of The Law Is No Excuse

Ignorance Of The Law Is No Excuse.........This statement has bothered me for many
years. I could not quite understand this statement. Then I realized I was looking at this
statement all wrong. You must look at this statement from the side of the judicial system,
cops and other law enforcement agencies. If this statement did not exist then that would
make the judicial system, cops and other law enforcement agencies so tied up that it
could take years to a try one case.

Lawyers and judges spend YEARS studying law and have so many law books that they
could crush an elephant. Now I feel that the statement "Ignorance Of The Law Is No
Excuse" pertains to them.

When I did my 12 years in school, I was never taught law except for Business Law.
(I guess I was born with all the laws in my head but I have forgotten most of them)

All states in the union have laws on their books that are totally antiquated. Here's
one from some state that says it's illegal to wash your horse on Sunday. Still on the
books and can be legally upheld. How many of you knew that?

Hypothetical example;

You are a model citizen, never done anything wrong in fact you make jESUS cHRIST
seem like a Heathen. But, here comes the rub. You are tired of the GESTOPO tactics
of the police and voice you concerns. This pisses law enforcement off but, they can't
do anything to you because you do nothing wrong. Then one Sunday you decide to
give your horse a bath. You are swarmed by police, arrested and go before a judge.
The judge tells you that you are charged with breaking the law of washing your horse
on Sunday. You say that you never heard of such a law and the judge says;

               Ignorance Of The Law Is No Excuse

YOU'RE SCREWED!

NIBIRU???

OK.......for many years I have been searching for information on this FICTITIOUS
Planet NIBIRU. So far no one has given a ballpark figure at where it's at right now.

Now I go back to an older post. Calculating the speed NIBIRU would have to be
traveling to reach Earth by 12/23/12. Today is 3/11/12. We have 9 months 12 days
before NIBIRU reaches us, assuming NIBIRU is crossing Pluto's orbit right now.

I just looked up the distance from Earth to Pluto. It seems I might have been wrong in
my first post, because the distance is 3,667,000,000(billion) miles.

Just doing some rough calculating we get;

9 mo. x 30 +12days= 282 days
282 days x 24 hrs. = 6768 hrs.
6768 hrs. x 60 min. = 406080 minutes
406080 min. x 60 = 24,364,800 secs.

I now take and divide secs. into distance and I get;

150.5 miles per sec.

With every sec. that passes without knowing where NIBIRU is,
the Mps increases.

I know I was born in the morning, but not this morning.

NIBIRU is a JOKE.
